Drains 2" and below

$90

We will clean your sink, tub, washer, shower, floor drains or any other drain 2" or below for this price. Once completed, if the drain is in good shape, it will include a 30 day warranty against clogs.

Sewer Cleaning

$125-$150

If you have an outside cleanout it costs $125
If it's a basement cleanout it's $150
These prices cover the first hour. If the sewer is in good shape then we offer a 6 month warranty against roots.

Water Heaters

$775+

This price is for a 40 Gallon Natural Gas Water Heater that is already up to code. Includes new flex supplies, one with a ball valve, and we will haul off the old tank. Other heaters and code upgrades increase the price.

Delta Faucets

Price Varies

Our company uses Delta faucets that have a lifetime warranty and are of the highest quality. We carry a number of styles in stock to make replacement of your faucet a quick, and simple experience.

Sump Pump

$300+

We will install a Zoeller submersible sump pump with a check valve for $300. This price is out the door with a warranty. These pumps are very powerful, quiet, and high quality for your peace of mind.

Outside Faucets

$175+

Outside faucets freezing and bursting in Kansas is pretty common. We use Woodford frostless faucets that work great by bleeding all excess water out once turned off. Warrantied for 5 yrs.

Sewage Ejector

$580+

We use Zoeller 1 HP sewage ejectors. Installed with a 2"check valve starting at $580. Has a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor once complete.

Garbage Disposals

$250+

We use Insinkerator Badger 5's that are 1/2 HP. Installed for $250 as long as the electricity is there to hook to it. If not this will change the price. The disposal is warrantied for 3 yrs.

Labor Rate

$90/Hr

Our plumbing labor rate is one of the lowest in town. After the first hour the job is priced in 15 minute increments. Most plumbing work comes with a 1 year part and labor warranty.
